Many nations worldwide often face cases of insecurity.   This varies from terrorist attacks, gang violence and threats of government takeovers.   In effect, countries have developed strong security protocols to prepare for war and maintain peace.  This is why combatant are relevant.  Combatants, alias troopers are skilled soldiers trained to protect a nation against threats and events of war.  The difference between combatants and civilians us that the former is legally allowed to engage in wars.  Most combatants have kin and are still able to have a normal life while administering their duties as troopers.

 

History has been marked with relevant events of which combatants played heroic roles.   Men volunteered and accepted conscription into the army to protect their nations. Coping with war was a hard task because the battle field was tough, and they had to deal with anxious waiting and boredom as well as responding to spontaneous attacks. Coping with war was tough due to the challenges they faced such as anxiety and responding to unforeseen attacks.   Notwithstanding, resolute and confident combatants fought and won wars.   One of the events that stood out in which combatants fought for and brought peace worldwide, was the capture and killing of Bin Laden, the world’s most wanted terrorist. It occurred on the first of May 2011.  A well trained team of combatants formed a seal team of six people and set out for the mission.   The killing of the terrorist, Bin Laden was a triumph to the world leaders since he was a big threat of security to the nations.   It took training and planning for years to finally embark on the mission.  Robert O’Neill was among the troopers involved in taking out a renowned criminal, Bin Laden.   Robert O’Neill served as a navy seal operator after his period in the navy from the age of 19.  His career in the navy has been marked with achievements and deployment to Afghanistan and Iraq since 1997.   His associates agree that he served well and was a great operator.  His character precedes him as it is far from surprising that he was part of the seal team that led to the defeat of Bin Laden.   Be sure to read more now!
